To assess the Client’s compliance with applicable NYISO and/or ISO-NE tariffs, market rules, and procedures as they relate to participation in the Energy, Capacity, and Ancillary Services markets, including adherence to Dependable Maximum Net Capability (DMNC) testing protocols. Luminary Energy will identify gaps or risks and provide actionable recommendations to ensure continued eligibility, performance, and revenue optimization within NYISO and/or ISO-NE markets.

Scope of Services

Luminary Energy will perform the following services:

Document Review

• Review relevant NYISO tariffs, rules, and procedures.

• Review Client’s data.

Compliance Assessment

• Evaluate Client’s current practices against NYISO requirements for:

  • Energy Market Participation

  • Capacity Market Compliance

• Identify potential compliance violations, data submission issues, or deficiencies in documentation

Risk Identification and Recommendations

• Summarize areas of potential non-compliance or operational inefficiencies

• Provide prioritized recommendations for corrective actions, policy updates, or process improvements
