The Role of the Owner’s Representative

The Owner's Representative (OR) will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the redevelopment of a site to host supply resources (such as generation), load or any combination. Luminary Energy will act as the intermediary between the project owner and the various contractors, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project. Luminary Energy works with the client to support a project delivery that is timely, within budget, and design to meet the specified quality standards, while protecting the interests of the owner.
