To support the Client’s active and informed participation in the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) markets by providing ongoing monitoring, analysis, and strategic guidance related to NYISO stakeholder activities. Luminary Energy will serve as the Client’s dedicated wholesale market liaison, delivering timely intelligence and actionable advisory aligned with the Client’s commercial and operational interests.

Meeting Coverage

• Attend and monitor all relevant NYISO stakeholder meetings and provide timely reports on meeting topics and discussion.

• Provide a concise weekly summary of previous and upcoming relevant NYISO committee and working group activities.

Strategic Advisory

• Provide ongoing interpretation of NYISO initiatives, policy developments, and market reforms

• Recommend proactive engagement strategies, written comments, or coalition alignments as needed
