Luminary Energy will deliver forward-looking capacity price forecasts, track market design changes, and evaluate the regulatory and structural impacts of these changes on the Client’s assets, investment decisions, and risk exposure.

To assess the Client’s compliance with applicable NYISO tariffs, market rules, and procedures as they relate to participation in the Energy, Capacity, and Ancillary Services markets, including adherence to DMNC testing protocols.

Luminary Energy will act as the intermediary between the project owner and the various contractors, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project. Luminary Energy works with the client to support a project delivery that is timely, within budget, and design to meet the specified quality standards, while protecting the interests of the owner.

To support the Client’s active and informed participation in the NYISO and/or ISO-NE markets by providing ongoing monitoring, analysis, and strategic guidance related to NYISO and/or ISO-NE stakeholder activities.
